Before Marc's arrival, Grant had the best accent. This 6'3 Trinidad descendant studies and promotes the preservation of maccabees and the little fish of the sea, versus the cuddly looking ones used to sell TV shows. A true heart for the world, Marc spent a good amount of time sharing worldly information with Justin and the history of his beheaded French ancestors with me. Next stop? Hiking in Mexico.

Harrison traveled to LA for the tail end of his spring break at Berkeley University. Originally from Texas, he was happy to leave the state - call that a liberal move. A freshman at the ripe age of 19, Harrison said the studies are already kicking his @#@#%. But no fear, Spring break is for catching up on studies...wait, no. James is the only Podestrian that I have both shuttled and dropped off at LAX - that means a LOT of conversation time in LA traffic. This future cambridge uni, business major, english accent, 19 year old lad has been on the road for 6 months before beginning his 4 years of studies. One night he brought over 3 friends and we all played beer pong till 2am, the other guests LOVED...

Mark decided to take a little vacation to LA - why not? No compromising what he wants to do from Sushi to the Jimmy Kimmel show. He pulled a long no-sleep pattern from an Ohio flight and is now Phoenix bound to watch baseball games with friends (training camps are there now). This was our first Facebook relationship, thanks for being socially active!

Rand is from LA but for the past 2 years he's lived in Oakland. We spent a short time getting to know each other, but in that time it was easy to exchange ideas and share expansion hopes with him. Abdullah is from Saudi Arabia. He was born in Tallahassee Florida and went to college in Portland - so he is liberalized. He has opened the group's eyes to just how DRY of a country he's from. We learned a lot about his cultural norms that are very not normal by American standards.
